Firstly, you need to register (only your full name is required). You then need to watch the ENTIRE video provided for each course; this is both mandatory and enforced by the site software, which records successful completion. Please note that you will not be allowed to complete the classroom component without having watched the relevant videos beforehand.
An up-to-date browser and fairly good broadband (or fast cellular data service) are the only two requirements. Also, cookies should be allowed; (you can still view the videos without allowing cookies, but with the caveat that you will not be allowed to pause the videos mid-stream).
